The Ghadar revolutionaries were based in North America, primarily in the United States and Canada. The Ghadar Party was founded in 1913 in San Francisco, California, and its headquarters were later moved to Yugantar Ashram in San Francisco. The party also had branches in other parts of North America, including Vancouver, British Columbia; Seattle, Washington; and New York City.

The Ghadar revolutionaries were largely Punjabi Sikhs who had migrated to North America in search of a better life. They were inspired by the ideals of Indian nationalism and were determined to overthrow British rule in India. The Ghadar Party published a newspaper called Hindustan Ghadar, which spread the party`s message of revolution to Indian immigrants in North America.

The Ghadar revolutionaries played a significant role in the Indian independence movement. They organized several armed uprisings against the British, including the Ghadar Mutiny of 1915. The Ghadar Party also provided financial and logistical support to other Indian revolutionary organizations.

The Ghadar Movement was a major turning point in the Indian independence movement. It helped to raise awareness of the Indian independence movement among Indian immigrants in North America and it inspired other Indian revolutionaries to take up arms against the British. The Ghadar Movement also helped to weaken the British Empire and contributed to the eventual British withdrawal from India.

The answer is North America.
