I. Narrowing of the inner orifice of the vessel: After the plaque and blood clot development, the arteries start to narrow and harden. This leads to reduced blood flow called ischemia.

III. Inadequate supply of blood and oxygen: Lastly, this reduced blood flow can result in inadequate supply of blood and oxygen to the heart muscle causing heart attack or myocardial infarction.

So, the correct order of the sequence is II, IV, I, III.
