The correct sequence of evolution from the point of view of living organisms would be Shark-Tortoise-Otter.

Sharks are a type of fish that belong to the class Chondrichthyes, which are some of the most ancient species of vertebrates on the planet. Tortoises, on the other hand, belong to the class Reptilia and have been around for over 200 million years. Otters, which belong to the order Carnivora, are a relatively newer addition to the animal kingdom, having evolved from weasels and other land-based carnivores around 5 to 7 million years ago.

Therefore, the sequence of evolution would be Shark (Chondrichthyes) -> Tortoise (Reptilia) -> Otter (Carnivora).
